IMRA’s website needed a shift from education-led to product-focused. While the brand’s expertise was well established, their products weren’t clearly showcased or easy to purchase. We helped reimagine the site around a product-first strategy—introducing Shopify functionality, organized collections, and a structure designed to grow alongside their offerings.

The Approach

We restructured the website with a product-first strategy, prioritizing product visibility and clear navigation. Shopify functionality was integrated to support e-commerce, with organized product collections to simplify browsing and purchasing. To support education without overpowering the shopping experience, we created a dedicated video library that allows customers to better understand each product while moving confidently toward conversion.
