Whitney Webb is a health coach, body positivity advocate, and mom. She started working for herself 7+ years ago and started growing her Instgram to over 20k. Whitney was excited to create a brand and website for herself and trusted us to carry out her vision. Her main goals were to create a brand and website that aligned with her personality and ideal client.
The Process
We planned a full 360º brand and website design that included branding, photography, graphics, and custom Showit website design. In addition, we also included an e-book design for her plant-based cookbook.
Our first step, in the branding process, includes a mood board and creative direction which includes photography styles we want to move forward with. We take the creative direction and build on it by creating a Pinterest board – you can view Whitney’s Brand Shoot Board Here. The Pinterest board includes sections based on each storyboard, makeup and hair ideas, and outfit planning.
We started with designing the brand identity including logos, color palette, and type suite plus graphics for social media. This was the perfect foundation to build on for her brand photo shoot. Whitney’s vibe for the shoot was fun and vibrant – she wanted to include her recipes and cooking, her favorite clean crafted wines, comfy chic clothing, and be very body positive!
Once we finish building out the Pinterest Board we move onto creating a shot list (different styles and poses), list of prop ideas for purchase, location scouting, and meeting to discuss and finalize. This way the day of the shoot we have a plan and everything is organized and ready to go.
